Our programs combine mentorship, peer-learning cohorts, cross-cultural dialogue, leadership experience, and a Giving Back project — equipping young women to shape the world they want to live in.
Program 1
The Masters Scholarship Program funds master's degrees at universities outside Asia for outstanding young women from Asia who are passionate about social impact.
Scholars join a community of peers, receive one-on-one mentorship, and complete a capstone Giving Back project in their home country after graduation.
Financial support for tuition and living expenses at a university outside Asia.
Regular group sessions with fellow scholars for peer learning, cross-cultural dialogue and mutual support.
Access to a personal mentor or academic advisor who guides the scholar through their studies and beyond.
Scholars contribute to their local communities during their studies, building the giving-back habit from day one.
After graduation, every scholar completes a capstone project in their home country — a concrete first step toward lasting community impact.
Program 2
A 16-month program for young women at senior undergraduate level in Asia with interests in global studies, leadership and social impact.
Personal development and leadership training led by professional facilitators. Participants are encouraged to step outside their comfort zone and think critically about global issues.
An intensive leadership course at the RRU Leadership Academy in Victoria, BC — scholars immerse themselves in Canadian culture and international perspectives.
Back home, each scholar designs and executes a project that makes a real difference in their community — putting leadership into action.
Program 3
Standalone personal development and leadership training for Asian women in their senior undergraduate or graduate studies, or early in their careers.
Led by professional facilitators, the Virtual Leadership Program is designed to challenge, inspire and build the confidence that young women need to step into spaces they never thought they belonged in.
"The Virtual Leadership Program gave me the confidence to step into spaces I never thought I belonged in."
— VLP Scholar, 2025 CohortA Thread Through Every Program
Every scholar — masters and undergraduate alike — completes a Giving Back project. This is a capstone moment: a concrete, community-facing initiative that puts everything they have learned into action in their home country.
Projects range from after-school programmes to health education campaigns — each chosen by the scholar to address a real need in their community.
The Giving Back project instils the habit of leadership in action — scholars don't just graduate, they lead.
Many scholars go on to mentor the next cohort, creating an endless circle of women supporting women across generations and borders.
Your donation directly supports tuition, mentorship and leadership development for young women from Asia.
